Covid 19: AB Handling Operations Impact

AB Handling remains fully operational. We are adhering to current government advice on contact during the COVID-19 pandemic to protect our staff and customers. In line with this advice, we are operating on a reduced-contact basis.

Social Distancing

  • We are completing deliveries, and taking new orders as normal.
  • Our team are rigorously adhering to social distancing measures, and to self-isolation guidance where applicable.
  • Each member of the sales & warehouse team is provided hygiene equipment, such as gloves and anti-viral wipes. Our team is aware of personal hygiene guidelines and of the importance of following sanitary protocols.
  • Likewise our couriers are providing guidance to their staff.

Delivery Times

We are not currently experiencing any delay in delivery of stock to us, or onwards to you. However it’s reasonable to expect that our suppliers and courier companies may experience periods where they are short-staffed. Please be understanding should there be any delays to your order.

Ongoing Monitoring & Updates

We will continue to monitor government advice and act quickly to update our own procedures and services in line with advice. Our commitment to providing a quality service and helping our customers is ever present. If changing advice impacts on your order, we will contact you directly.
