Trewithen Dairy approached Alex Baird Handling requiring a fleet of our 4 tier milk trolleys to increase production, dispatch, and transport of their milk processing services. With an avid customer base for the Clarke’s Cornish milk, cream, butter, and yoghurt, we immediately understood how Trewithen’s new range of dairy equipment had to function and make the supply chain as efficient as possible. There was also a requirement for customisation to the milk trolleys to help convey the Trewithen dairy brand - when customers around Cornwall encountered one of these AB Handling milk trolleys, it was important to make sure they knew that the product on the trolleys and the trolleys themselves were synonymous with the exceptional taste and history associated with Trewithen dairy.

Developing the New Milk Trolley Fleet

With a shared ethos of quality service and production, AB Handling set to work on the production and customisation of 500 of our 4 tier milk trolleys. The steel frame was emblazoned with the Trewithen Dairy name for that immediate brand recognition, whilst the wheels and plastic around the trolley were colour-customise to continue the strong brand identity of the dairy.

Over 8 weeks later, the Alex Baird Handling team had 500 of Trewithen’s new dairy milk trolley fleet produced, customised, and delivered. Primarily used for transporting milk from their processing plant in Cornwall, these new milk trolleys can be spotted around Cornwall, continuing the proud traditions of delicious, family driven dairy products being delivered in the most efficient way possible.
