We aim to have all our orders processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days, however some products will require a longer time scale which we will communicate to you in advance. We know it's important that you receive your products as soon as possible to keep you and your business going. 

Branded glass product delivery depends on printing lead in time, this will be communicated when you enquire.

At this time we are unable to ship handling products to customers located in mainland Europe from our online store. Customers wishing to purchase handling equipment for shipment to mainland Europe should get in touch so we may fulfil your order on a bespoke basis.

Returns

We accept returns on damaged goods only.
